  • Must possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the travel industry
  • Recent travel management/airline ticketing experience utilizing Native Sabre GDS System; including advanced pricing, ticketing, and exchanges
  • Knowledge of airline contracts, fare rules, as well as group and individual ticketing procedures
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Skills
  • Experience with negotiating rates, contracts, terms/conditions, and deposit/payment policies
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of travel trends and industry best practices
  • Customer oriented, positive, go-getter attitude
  • Build loyalty with group clients and their customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and multi-task

Recent Hospitality Graduate

  • Degree in Travel and Tourism
  • Good geographical knowledge and service oriented
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Skills
  • Learn how to negotiate with vendors and travel partners
  • Ability to compose proposals
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Sales Executive

  • Travel industry and geographical knowledge
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
  • Researching prospects and generating leads
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and per email
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Skills
