Account Manager / Ticketing Agent
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the travel industry
- Recent travel management/airline ticketing experience utilizing Native Sabre GDS System; including advanced pricing, ticketing, and exchanges
- Knowledge of airline contracts, fare rules, as well as group and individual ticketing procedures
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Skills
- Experience with negotiating rates, contracts, terms/conditions, and deposit/payment policies
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of travel trends and industry best practices
- Customer oriented, positive, go-getter attitude
- Build loyalty with group clients and their customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and multi-task
Recent Hospitality Graduate
- Degree in Travel and Tourism
- Good geographical knowledge and service oriented
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Skills
- Learn how to negotiate with vendors and travel partners
- Ability to compose proposals
- Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and multi-task
Sales Executive
