PASSPORT – All participants are required to present a passport that is valid through the duration of your trip and has at least one blank page.

FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS – Round trip flights will be provided to Dublin from New Orleans. A copy of your itinerary, participant list, name badges, and luggage tags are mailed to the address you provided when you registered. Boarding passes will be printed upon check-in at the airport.

AIRPORT SECURITY – It is recommended that you arrive at the airport at least 2.5 hours prior to departure.

Each traveler may carry through security checkpoints travel-size toiletries (3.4 oz. or less) that fit in one quart-size, clear plastic, zip-top bag.

BAGGAGE POLICY
Carry-on:
Each person is allowed one carry-on bag no larger than 22 lbs., to be stored in the overhead bin (maximum 21.5 x 15.5 x 9.5 inches), and one personal item (maximum 10 x 13 x 8 inches) that will fit under the seat in front of you.

Checked:  Each person is allowed one free checked bag. A 2nd checked bag is $100 per person each way.

CURRENCY / CREDIT CARDS – The monetary unit of Ireland is the euro. American dollars are not used. Major credit cards are accepted. Please identify your luggage before it is loaded on the coach; keep carry-ons with you. Be dropped off at the station while your luggage will be taken directly to the Conrad Dublin.

Upon arrival in Dublin, board the coach for transfer to The Conrad.

At check-in at the lobby at your Dublin hotel, please present your passport and a credit card; a €100 hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals. The bell staff will deliver your bags directly to your room.
